The Geneva Trade and Development Symposium (GTDS) will be held in conjunction with the Seventh Ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organisation, in Geneva from the 29th November to 2nd December. This symposium will be open to the public – or all who wish to participate.

The Symposium was co-convened by ICTSD and the University of Hong Kong in collaboration with the Institute for Agricultural Trade Policy and was open to all who wished to participate.

Initiated by ICTSD, the Cancun Trade and Development Symposium (CTDS) took place in Cancun on 11-12 September 2003 at the Gran Melia Hotel in Cancun, in conjunction with the Fifth Ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organisation.
